We provide an honest, without obligation estimate and once accepted, we agree a date and arrive on site with the necessary equipment. You will need to supply water and a 13amp electricity supply.
We do not touch the roof with ladders, towers or scaffolding unless it is very essential. Instead we chose an appropriate aerial platform, suitable for the job. From here we carefully clean your roof using high temperature to remove dirt, algae, moss and lichens. The liquid spray is delivered at a temperature up to 150c and it is this that cleans, not water pressure. As a result, we able to clean the most delicate of tiles, slates and stone by adjusting the performance of the machine to suit the environment.
Debris will fall to the ground/fill the gutters and we ensure it is cleared up and your gutters are free to flow. The façade/windows are hosed down and the property left looking fresh and clean.
If you have opted to have your roof sprayed with an environmentally moss/algae inhibitor, we apply this at the end of the process.
Should we come across any damage/work that we feel you should address, we can take you up on our machine so that you can have a close inspection. Alternatively, we can take video footage to help in your decision process. We are happy to recommend honourable trades people we have worked with for many years.
The process is not invasive and we take care to protect your property.
We aim to start work around 08.00hrs having set up our equipment and continue until the job is complete. Unless there is adverse weather (hail, snow, ice or lightning) we work diligently throughout the year.
